THE York Minster Quarter will reveal its new trails brochure and website at Bedern Hall tonight at 7pm.
The co-operative venture formed by businesses and organisations around the Minster, aims to promote the area, including the historic medieval walls, Roman fortress area and Lord Mayor’s Walk to encourage residents and visitors to explore more of this historic quarter of the city.
Chairman David Brooks said: “The Minster Quarter is about a beautiful, relatively undiscovered area of the city with hidden treasures of history, architecture, and a place to dwell in a while away from the city-centre crowds and high-street multiples.”
