A HYPNOTHERAPIST from Selby has become one of the first in the country to achieve a new national accreditation.
Nicola Whitehead has been registered by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), a national standard of excellence.
The recognition means she has joined a national group which regularly monitors and verifies the standards of practitioners, and recommends them to GPs, hospitals and private healthcare providers.
Nicola said: “The inclusion of hypnotherapists on the CNHC register means that members of the public can search for a hypnotherapist who is appropriately qualified and regulated, and know that they are in safe hands with the therapist they choose.”
