THE highest concentration of people going bankrupt in the UK for 2010 has been recorded in the Scottish towns of Glenrothes, Livingston and Kirkaldy; double the average rate of the UK as a whole.
Some cruel people may reason that the voters of Kirkaldy have got their comeuppance for bestowing on us Gordon Brown, one of the most misguided Prime Ministers of the last hundred years.
