SHOPLIFTERS are being targeted by police in Bridlington town centre.
Humberside Police said police in the resort have increased patrols to combat a continuing problem with thieves. They have been working closely with local businesses to try to combat the problem and several PCSOs are starting up a new link with businesses over the next few weeks.
Meanwhile PCSOs will be visiting all pubs with a view to relaunching “Pubwatch” in the town.
