BUS bosses and council officers will be questioned tomorrow about their response to public complaints about the city’s public transport.
More than 40 people attended a public meeting in November with senior management from First York organised by York Central MP, Hugh Bayley.
They told the bus bosses their concerns about the FTR purple bus services, the Number 13, Number 5 and Park&Ride services and the provision of buses for Burtonstone Lane and Rawcliffe.
Tomorrow’s meeting is a follow-up to the November meeting.
Passengers will have the chance to put their questions to Peter Taylor, operations manager of First York, Ian Humphreys, managing director of First West and North Yorkshire and council officers at York Explore library, between 1pm and 2pm.
Mr Bayley said: “Everyone who travels in York by bus will benefit as a result of this.”
