Pupils from two York schools – The Mount and Millthorpe – played host to students from Grunheide, in Germany.
The visitors, who were in York for threee days, have been taking part in an initiative called Pride And Prejudice: In Search Of Our National Identities.
The project continued during the exchange trip and involved a Question Time-style event and the creation of a large-scale piece of art work.
