WHEN I first purchased a box of Black Magic chocolates after the changeover made by Nestl of Switzerland to continental flavour, I returned them.
I contacted the marketing department in York to advise them of a future drop in sales.
A perfect product, "Best in UK", and famous in many other countries, has been drastically changed into a sweet flavour, away from the famous one liked by all.
Dark chocolates, slightly bitter, a famous flavour.
We now see the downfall of the changeover to continental flavour.
