A LARGE sum of money has been allocated by central government to enable local councils to repair the vast number of potholes caused by the bad winter.
Perhaps some of that mysterious £3 million that was allocated to improve facilities for cyclists could be used; after all, they use the roads (well, most of them).
Incidentally, what did happen to this money? Some time ago I asked what it had been spent on and how much was left, but nobody told me.
