In little over a year, the Glee cast have scored more American hit singles than The Beatles, Michael Jackson or Madonna achieved in their entire careers.
Okay, so we now live in the age of digital download, and a hit may only last a week or so. Regardless, on paper, at least, Elvis Presley is the only artist to have more US hits than Glee.
Fresh into series two, the Glee cast introduced the seventies Rocky Horror Show to a new audience on a recent TV episode.
Lea Michele and Cory Monteith were predictably cast as Janet and Brad, meanwhile Chris Colfer as Curt takes centre stage on The Time Warp. But undoubtedly the star of this Rocky Horror Glee Show is Amber Riley (Mercedes), inspiringly cast as Frank ‘n’ Furter belting out a rousing Sweet Transvestite From Transylvania.
