There’s a new kid on the block in the York lettings market. Susie Smith Lettings have been in touch to ask if we can add their properties to our weekly round-up column.

Of course, we replied – and so leading off our round-up of interesting and attractive homes to let is a Susie Smith offering, a “superb property that must be viewed” in South Bank.
