WHEN we entertained guests recently, we took to the tourist trail.
When is something going to be done about the rat-and-pigeon infested eyesore at Skeldergate Bridge, namely the Bonding Warehouse? It is an absolute disgrace on an otherwise historical river environment.
We also took a trip on the Yorkshire Wheel. Although most enjoyable, I think they should take a leaf out of London Eye's success by putting some sort of viewing guide within the cars.
Other than the obvious, our guests were at a loss to the landmarks, and only our own local knowledge saved the day for them.
