THE pulling power of Poppleton Tigers FC Under-16s will be put to the test on Saturday.
The youngsters will be using their combined strength to pull an eight-ton articulated lorry unit at the club’s Millfield Lane base at 2pm.
The aim is to raise funds towards the proposed new Poppleton Junior Football Club clubhouse. More than £30,000 has been raised so far.
