KitKat-eating squirrel spotted near Rowntree Park in York

IT MAY be one of the world’s most popular chocolate bars – but who would have thought that squirrels liked KitKats?
This picture of the Nestlé wafer bar being chomped by a cuddly rodent was taken by a Press reader near Rowntree Park, in York.
“It had come from the park,” said the pensioner, who did not want to be named.
“I saw it in a community garden and threw it a KitKat, and it just picked it up and started eating it.”
Speculation that the squirrel may have been attracted to the KitKat because the wrapper warned it “may contain nuts” appear unfounded.
On the other hand, there’s a good chance the furry creature was simply having a break.

uirrel! Not even close! 'Red' doesn't refer to the colour, it's a different species. They look very different - different size, different fur, different tail, different ears, different face!
