THE A64 was closed for 30 minutes after an accident involving three vehicles, just after 1pm yesterday at the junction with North Lane.
The eastbound lane was closed while the vehicles, which included a Vauxhall Corsa and an Audi Quattro, were recovered.
One man was taken to York Hospital, but it was not believed his injuries were life-threatening.
