WOULD it be possible to have a happy picture of city bus boss Peter Edwards?
Repeatedly we see the same picture of a miserable man who seems to have the worries of the whole world on his shoulders.
Bus fares have risen and I read that he is "very excited" by radical plans to change the face of York. Surely that's enough to make him smile? Or do we have to wait until these plans come to fruition before we see a happy Mr Edwards?
