Mark Woodward got his second hat-trick of the season as Leeper Hare York and District Premier division leaders Dringhouses bounced back from defeat to beat Dunnington 4-0.

Following last week's defeat Dringhouses' Danny Gray added the fourth to give them an 11-point lead with second-placed Nestl Rowntree suffering a second Selby defeat in as many weeks at T&L Selby, 2-1.

Chris Harkin netted both the Selby side's goals with Phil O'Riley replying for Nestl.

The Selby derby between Kartiers and Thorpe finished all square despite Kartiers leading twice through Andy Richardson and James Tweedie but Thorpe levelled firstly through Alan Clayton and then Shane Singleton.

With games in hand on the leading sides, will Old Malton's challenge for the title be as late as their winning goals of recent weeks?

Last week they left it until deep into injury time to claim all the points and this week they waited until the 86th minute before a Dave Bradshaw penalty gave them the lead. Phil Hill then hit his second goal of the game in the 90th minute to tie up a 3-1 win over Huntington. Earlier Huntington's Graham McDonald had cancelled out Hill's first goal.

Haxby celebrated their first win in 14 games as they won 2-0 at Malton Bacon Factory. Andy Noon opened the scoring and a 35-yard chip from Mike Taylor sealed the visitors' victory.

Home form has deserted both Copmanthorpe and Bishopthorpe.

Copmanthorpe lost their fourth on the trot as they went down 4-0 to visitors York St John's.

Alex Brisley and Mike Craig both scored in the first half and Neil Fryers and Robin Bedford added second half goals.

Meanwhile, Bishopthorpe lost 3-1 at home to Wigginton.

Joe Gardham had given Bishopthorpe the early lead but Darren Brandon levelled on 20 minutes, before Luke Roberts added a second and Terry Taylor the third.
