I CAN think of at least 10,000 people who will be grateful City of York Council isn't going to give a repeat performance of last November's firework display (January 7).
However, from everything I've read recently, it is planning an altogether different sort of pyrotechnic display that will be seen (and felt) at every household this April - sky high council tax increases.
