WITH the advent of TV on your phone, I am puzzled as to how the TV detection people will cope with enforcement on such a wide scale.
How on earth do you fine very young people who use the phone for TV? Should not the phone network provider pay an amount to secure the use of TV programmes so they are legal for all to watch?
