I WOULD like people to be aware of the well-dressed ladies of York who seem to have the right to steal and then abandon Marks & Spencer's trollies.
They are usually left at the St Saviourgate taxi rank, bus stops or car parks.
How dare they! So thoughtless to create such an eyesore, not to mention the cost to M&S.
Do you think we can appeal to their conscience and aks them to shop for what they can carry?
