JAMES RILEY has joined York-based Brackenhill Design as new media developer.
It follows four years working as a web developer producing Internet-based English language learning materials for The University of Vienna.
He said: "After finishing my four-year term in Vienna, I'd had enough of the cold weather.
"Not even York is as cold as Austria in the winter!"
The appointment signals a renewed commitment to producing high-quality interactive online materials and further development of web-based activities at Brackenhill Design which is part of the Questions Answered group based at Bracken-hill, St George's Place, York
