ABBEY'S revamped High Ousegate branch in York will be formally opened in a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday.
It is the first branch to be given a new look since Abbey was taken over by Spanish bank Grupo Santnader, and will continue to be managed by Karyn Cusic, who will cut the ribbon with a representative of the Ebor Vale group of the Riding for Disabled Association.
