THE question is how are you going to encourage parking attendants to work nights?
This will be a 24-hour service remember; the police in the past did it round the clock, or is this going to be a half-cover situation, like residents' parking?
When many problems can be at night, let's hope we get a full service - otherwise leave it to the police.
I certainly look forward to seeing how the police or city council deal with cyclists.
When you have young children how can anyone really ask them to risk their lives on the roads? Have you seen how close vehicles get? They have to, without question, use the path.
Many readers will find this traffic management directive very interesting when it comes in.
