YOUR editorial "Flood fears are for real" states "these concerns are serious enough to merit proper scrutiny and a detailed response from city leaders" (October 3).
York Lib Dem "leaders" are continuously trying to make York a more sustainable city.
And the latest initiative is just happening. Working with local people though the green waste collection to join millions of others across the UK to reduce the methane our community produces.
Yet the Evening Press is trying its best to scupper this vital initiative - methane is 14 times more damaging than carbon dioxide in relation to global warming.
Come on, let's have some of that famous "joined up thinking".
