I WRITE in response to the letter from the leader of City of York Council, Coun Steve Galloway, 'City is moving on under Liberal Democrats', (September 27).
With incompetence shown on many issues during the past year, the latest being fortnightly refuse collections which nobody wants, I can only conclude the move forward under the Lib Dems will be into destruction and ruin for the citizens of York.
