NEW Earswick All Blacks, handed progression to round three of the Tetley's Yorkshire Cup last week as Airedale Crown conceded the tie, have a better chance this Saturday to begin emulating last season's knockout exploits.

The All Blacks, of division one, entertain premier side Illingworth in the Pennine League's President's Cup preliminary round and will fancy their chances given the fact the visitors are yet to win in the league this term while the York side are unbeaten.

York Acorn 'A' host high-flying Morley Borough in division three, while Selby Warriors visit Slaithwaite Saracens in division four and York Groves, fresh from their fine win at Waterhead 'B', will have their mettle tested in division five by second-placed Park Amateurs 'A'.
