TIM MUNNS has been appointed a director of chartered surveyors Wharfedale Property Management Ltd, which manages Thorp Arch Estate business and retail park, near Wetherby, on behalf of its owners, Hanover Property Unit Trust.
Mr Munns joined the property management company on its formation in 2001 after working with Rutland Management Ltd and Leeds Valuation Office.
As well as being part of the management team, he is responsible for providing rating advice to several regional clients.
