The 'Pock Sevens' is one of East Yorkshire's biggest rugby days out - last season over 2,000 people packed into Percy Road on Good Friday - and this year's draw has an interesting entry of several regulars, plus some unknown newcomers from throughout Yorkshire and outside the county.

Holders Newcastle are returning to defend their title, but will be challenged by ten other former winners, including 1996 champions, Pocklington.

There is a special women's curtain raiser between Pocklington and Malton at 12.30pm and competition gets underway at 1pm with the final scheduled for 6.40pm, ensuring a full seven and a half hours of non-stop rugby action.
