SKIPTON, the eighth-largest building society in the UK, has acquired a controlling interest in EuroDirect Database Marketing Ltd.
EuroDirect is a company which specialises in the development and marketing of information databases and marketing information systems.
John Goodfellow, Skipton's chief executive, said: "Successful companies now appreciate the importance of establishing a comprehensive and accessible database in order to understand their customer's current and future needs."
