Native Charm, winner of her last two races over fences, and fast developing into a useful novice, can complete a hat-trick at Kempton tomorrow.

Charlie Morlock's seven-year-old bids for the Easter Hero Handicap Chase and, with regular rider Jimmy McCarthy on board, is napped to take all the beating.

Native Charm got off the mark with a very easy 12 lengths success over Gorman at Plumpton in early December and followed-up in likewise impressive fashion at Warwick on New Year's Eve.

Soon in front, she had the race well sewn-up from the penultimate fence and, but for jumping slowly at the last, would have won by a far greater margin than the official verdict of four lengths.

Clearly on the upgrade, Native Charm switches from novice to handicap company tomorrow, but is fancied to come through with flying colours again.

Welsh Silk may prove the answer to the William Hill Handicap Hurdle over an extended three miles.

Switched back from fences to hurdles on his latest start at Fontwell a fortnight ago, David Gandolfo's charge turned in a solid display to be beaten only a length by Just Nip after making most of the running.

Tomorrow's extra couple of furlongs will suit Welsh Silk even better and the seven-year-old is selected to gain an overdue win.

The Hanworth Handicap Chase over three miles offers King Lucifer the chance to open his seasonal account after finishing in the money in both his previous starts.

David Nicholson's gelding missed the whole of last term through injury and might well have needed both his outings to date. There was much to like about his latest effort in a valuable handicap at Ascot, in which he finished third to Torduff Express after finally coming to the end of his tether at the final fence. He is worth another chance tomorrow under Adrian Maguire.

Martin Pipe and Tony McCoy can clinch the Ashford Novices' Hurdle with Fern's Governor.

This winning handicapper from the Flat made a successful start to her hurdling career at Ludlow three weeks ago when she made her rivals, including the hot favourite Just Good Fun, look positively pedestrian as she sauntered home by no less than 16 lengths.

There is more to come from Fern's Governor, who has what it takes to give tomorrow's rival a searching test.

Nicky Henderson can do little wrong at present and the Lambourn trainer introduces Masamadas, a potentially useful recruit to jumping, in the Walton Juvenile Novices' Hurdle. Mick Fitzgerald's mount should not be underestimated.
