An Australian and a Scotsman led the way for Yorkshire today with a century stand on the second day of the County Championship match against Hampshire at Headingley.
Aussie Darren Lehmann and Scot Gavin Hamilton took the bowling apart in a sparkling seventh wicket partnership.
They came together with the total 160 for six after Yorkshire had resumed their first innings today at 144 for four, with Lehmann 37 not out. Matthew Wood added only one to his overnight score before being dismissed and Fellows scored only a single before being trapped leg before.
When Hamilton came in he forged a brilliant partnership with Lehmann and both raced to their half centuries as Yorkshire reached 267 for six and a substantial first innings lead in reply to Hampshire's meagre 101.
There was no luck for Aussie spinner Shane Warne, who failed to take a wicket in the first session.
