A TALENTED trio of young York footballers will be strutting their stuff for the county side having been picked for the Yorkshire Under-15s squad.
Lowfield School pupil Michael Mackenzie, 14, Tadcaster Grammar's Graham Law, 15, and 15-year-old Martin Corr, a pupil at Millthorpe School, were all selected after impressing for the York Schools side.
They went for trials with North Yorkshire and after playing in matches against Durham and South Yorkshire have been chosen for the full White Rose side.
Midfielder Mackenzie and right-back Law play for York City Under-15s while striker Corr is on Sheffield United's books.
