FIFTH division leaders Sessay had a massive win over bottom placed Civil Service, who have now lost all their five games. Keith Till hit the only century of the day when he made 114.

With Giles Cressey making 45 and James Till an unbeaten 29, Sessay were able to declare after 40 overs having reached maximum batting points at 208-2. The Servicemen were then whipped out for 52 by Tony Fox who took 4-23 and Ian Watkinson (3-23) with only Nigel Chadwick (28) offering resistance.

Stillington remain in second place after knocking off a target of 175-5 set by Bolton Percy. Former Heworth player Stuart Perrin led Stillington's reply with 38 in his team's 176 for 6.

Thorp Arch's Fred Williams top scored with 30 and then took an impressive 7 for 39 to restrict Dringhousese to 100-9 when chasing Thorp's 119 all out.
