THE Government is to introduce legislation to force down the price of new cars which will in turn force down the price of second-hand cars. More affordable second-hand cars will lead to increased traffic on the road. Since "two-Jags" is committed to increasing the use of public transport, but unlikely to subsidise to any great extent, one is left to wonder what draconian measures will be taken to prevent the likely upsurge in congestion following this legislation.
