DURING the past year I seem to have acquired a multitude of CDs for access to the Internet, all from different service providers, and all of which promise free this and free that, none of which I believe (being an old cynic).
They have to get their income from somewhere - or should it be someone? - and it's not going to be me!
I like new technology, but can see no point in staring at a computer screen all day, wasting precious time.
Despite having a computer I have not the slightest intention of "surfing the net", having better things to do than staring at another form of "goggle-box".
I therefore wonder if anyone knows how to dispose of this unwanted and unwarranted intrusive junk? Ideas would be welcome.
