York City Baths Club swimmers Tom Southam and Lewis Porylo struck silver when they represented Yorkshire with great success in the CJI Meet in Luxembourg.
Porylo came home with second places in the 100m and 200m breaststroke, while Southam was pipped for first place in the 200m individual medley.
The Yorkshire team won the best Junior Squad Trophy.
The boys were also among the medals in the North Eastern Counties Championships which were swum over successive weekends at Sheffield and Leeds.
Porylo claimed two golds in the 14 years 100m and 200m breaststroke (personal best time), Southam won the 14 years 200 individual medley (pb) and 11 years age group breaststroker Robert Kinnel also struck gold.
Southam also collected a silver in the 100 freestyle (pb) and Jenny Hoggard was second in the 15 years 100 butterfly (pb).
There were also two bronze medals which were both won by Sarah Kinnel in the 15 years 100 and 200 breaststroke, both in personal best times, but she just missed out on national qualifying times in both events.
Other YCBC finalists, who all clocked pbs were: Andrea Outhwaite (4th 13 years 100m backcrawl), Tom Southam (4th 14 years 100m and 200m breaststroke), Jenny Hoggard (4th 15 years 200m butterfly and 6th 200m IM), Rachel Stotten (5th 15 years 400m and 800m freestyle), Maria Walker (6th 14 years 100m and 200m breaststroke), Julie Watson (7th 15 years 400 freestyle), Mairi Macdonald (8th 14 years 200m breaststroke) Lewis Porylo (8th 14 years 200m IM) and Andrew Fowler (11 years 100m breaststroke).
Other YCBC pbs were recorded by: Joanna Feasby (100m and 400m freestyle and 100m backcrawl), Dominic Wells (100m freestyle), Lee Couch (50m and 100m freestyle), Jack Burgess (200m IM, 50m freestyle and 100m butterfly), Sarah Kinnel (50m and 100m freestyle), Jenny Hoggard (50m freestyle and 100m breaststroke), Anna Skilbeck (100m freestyle), Ashleigh Husband (100m breastroke), Robert Kinnell (200m IM) and Andrew Fowler (100m freestyle).
