OUR association has been very concerned with the increasing practice of strapping bicycles to sign posts and obstructing pedestrians.
The blind and visually impaired have to encounter these obstructions at their own risk and could end up in hospital.
I would be grateful to see action to make our pedestrian walk-ways safer for all.
