I AM a devoted Tom Jones fan. In December 1999, I booked with Blue Chip Travel a weekend trip in London with tickets to see Tom at Wembley included, for my husband and I and four friends.
Great excitement. Oh no, total devastation. A letter came to say Blue Chip Travel has cancelled the trip due to lack of interest.
According to the small print they can do this. I rang Blue Chip and they weren't interested in my disappointment, only the company's profit. Couldn't they give us the tickets that they were going to use on the trip and let us get our own way to London and accommodation?
Not only have we no weekend in London but no tickets to see Tom at Wembley. I am totally disappointed.
