WELBURN SCHOOL, near Malton, pupil Oliver Denton, is planning to be the next Tim Henman.
The 10-year-old member of Malton Tennis Club has been drafted into the Yorkshire Performance Tennis Squad for his age group.
He will now go to Leeds three times a week for fitness training and coaching from Steve McLaughlin, one of the top tennis coaches in the country.
Oliver, who has been playing tennis for five years, first represented Yorkshire when he was seven.
