A NEW financial advisory partnership and an established York insurance broker are today settling into their new "marriage home".
The newly-formed Grosvenor Financial Consultants and BA Insurance Services Group which took root in Walmgate, have now moved in together under one roof at 2,800 sq ft offices above Raynors opticians in Swinegate. They have a combined staff of 19 people.
Both will maintain their names - BA Insurance continuing to deal predominantly in business-to-business insurance plus personal cover on homes, motors and caravans, while Grosvenor will tackle insurance, pensions and investment advice. And where necessary, each will offer the other's services.
Behind BA Insurance Services are Rosemary and Tom Bellin, who began the expanding venture six years ago. Grosvenor consists of two well-known independent financial advisers formerly with Walsh Lucas, York - Gerry Gray and Mark Pepper, plus Charles Helfferich.
