SINCE it scooped the overall title in last year's Evening Press business awards, York Nutritional Laboratory has continued to rapidly grow as its food intolerance testing services are increasingly widely used, with more than 40,000 patients benefiting from all over the world.
The laboratory, in Murton Way, Osbaldwick, now provides a new sterilised kit for patients to take their own blood samples and four researchers are hard at work on the latest SMART award - development of a new screening test for food intolerance. The award helped it launch TLC Pet Allergy Testing Ltd which has separately entered this year's New Business category.
