AN ALTERNATIVE to the headache and expense of writing dozens of Christmas cards, which will also raise money for a cancer charity, has been launched.
Ideal for workplaces, the idea is that each person can send one simple message by writing on the poster and giving the money otherwise spent on cards to Marie Curie Cancer Care.
York fundraiser Susie Fothergill said: "This is a great way to enter truly into the Christmas spirit as well as to support your local Marie Curie nursing service.
"The posters are really bright and will cheer up any noticeboard."
