Rebecca Cattle's close range effort opened the scoring for Tad, who moved into a 3-0 lead through a brace of goals from Nicola Willis, her second a text-book finish from a cross.
Neterwood improved after the break, but Tadcaster underlined their superioroty when Sarah Briggs, the pick of the visiting players, slotted home the fourth goal.
Acomb Ladies II, inconsistent this season, went into the holiday break with an 8-0 division six defeat of Slazengers II.
The defence was hardly troubled as they surged into a 4-0 lead at half-time.
In the second half their dominance continued and they doubled their score for an easy win.
In division seven, York University I beat Sheffield IV 1-0 and City of York III eased to a 3-0 win at Horsforth II.
Tadcaster II were beaten 2-1 at home by Adel IV.
