York-based White Rose Triathletes have been kitted out thanks to sponsorship from British Sugar.
The club have enjoyed recent success, with White Rose triathlete John Booth currently gearing up for the elite Hawaii Ironman competition after qualifying in his age group through the South Africa Ironman event.
Team-mates Paul Mathieson, Graeme Smith and Peter Mathieson also competed in the South African triathlon, with the latter just missing out on reaching the prestigious Hawaii event.
The club's second training weekend scheduled for the first week in June is already fully booked, but anyone interested in joining the club should contact Paul Mathieson on email at paul@whiterosetri.co.uk or on telephone 01904-793167.
