PLEASE may I add my voice to the understandable objections to the proposed development of a McDonald's drive-in fast food outlet on the site of the Frog Hall public house.
I do not believe that this proposal is necessary given that McDonald's already has two outlets on Clifton Moor and in Blake Street. I feel that it is in the best interests of local people to keep public houses such as the Frog Hall open as they act as a social focus, more than fast food outlets do.
