HEMINGBROUGH goalkeeper Nathan Briggs, who attends Barlby High School has been selected to represent the North of England Schools' FA after a final trial at Bishop Burton Agricultural College against the East Midlands.
The 15-year-old, pictured above in the strip of York City, whose school of excellence he has attended, will turn out for the North at Keele University next month when all players will receive professional coaching.
Briggs, who also plays cricket for Clifton Alliance, qualified for Bishop Burton after coming through initial trials at Catterick.
