GREAT to hear the news that Ken Livingston and Bob Kylie have taken a breather from the London Underground and have turned their attention to surface transport around London.
Listening to Mr Kylie was a pure delight. It was all there.
Congestion charging at £5 a time in the next 18 months, draconian enforcement of traffic laws, especially bus lane abuse and much more. He even dared to suggest that delivery windows for our old friend white van man will have to be earlier and/or later and that they would be particularly hard on this most pernicious species of road abuser.
So Mr Kylie, the best of luck with the underground and surface transport and please come north soon. We can't last out much longer.
