DETAILS of the new junction and safety improvements on the A64 at Top Lane, Copmanthorpe, will be on display at a public exhibition at the Women's Institute Hall in the village tomorrow and on Saturday.
The exhibition will include detailed plans of the scheme, images of the new road layout, plus information about traffic management while the work is under way.
There will also be details of the environmental and landscaping work planned as part of the project.
The exhibition is open to the public from 2pm to 8pm tomorrow and from 10am to 1pm on Saturday.
Work on the £4.1 million scheme to replace the existing traffic light-controlled junction began on Monday.
