THROUGHOUT August, The Customs House in South Shields is proud to be presenting a musical to celebrate the lives of Catherine Cookson and her devoted husband Tom. Theirs was a story of undying love.
The show opens on Wednesday, August 1, and we would like to offer anyone in your area who was married in 1940 - the same year as Catherine and Tom - a VIP ticket for the opening matinee.
Before taking the best seats in the house for the 2.30pm show, our VIP guests enjoy a cream tea.
This invitation extends to couples and individuals. We'd love to hear from you. I can be contacted on 0191 4541234.
