HOWEVER much I have tried to avoid the news of our farm animals being systematically killed day after day, month after month, I cannot ignore it.
How long is this government going to go on killing?
Something is going drastically wrong, the whole thing is a complete shambles.
Could MAFF, or DEFRA as it is now known, have been instrumental in spreading this disease, going from farm to farm testing healthy animals?
Why have healthy animals been slaughtered? The dreadful sight of all those innocent sheep being herded down the Welsh mountains to an untimely death, reduced me to tears.
One feels powerless to stop all this killing, but Tony Blair lost my vote through this disaster, long before the last election. I believed then, as now, that healthy animals were killed unnecessarily. Can no one end this nightmare?
