FOR once I agree with Mike Usherwood when he suggests that law- breaking cyclists should have their bikes impounded (Letters, October 11).
It would, however, only be fair to extend the arrangement to other road users; so maybe motorists exceeding the speed limit should also have their cars impounded.
It would need a fair amount of space to accommodate them, say the Hole of Horcum. Perhaps by Christmas Yorkshire could have a mountain higher than Ben Nevis.
